3. Email: Send details to info@cheshirecabs.com; we’ll reply with a fixed quote and payment link.

All fares are fixed and agreed in advance, covering tolls, airport fees, waiting time, and luggage handling. The price you see on your confirmation is the price you pay—no surge pricing, meter surprises, or hidden credit-card charges.

We actively monitor every flight in real time. Your driver’s dispatch time is adjusted automatically, so whether you land early or experience a delay, you’ll still find your chauffeur waiting in Arrivals with a name-board. The first 60 minutes of waiting time are free for airport pickups.

Yes. Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup are free for standard journeys; long-distance and mini-coach bookings require 48 hours’ notice. To amend a reservation, call or WhatsApp us; we’ll update the schedule and resend your confirmation instantly.

Absolutely. We stock rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and boosters, all compliant with UK safety regulations. Simply tick the child-seat option when booking (or mention it by phone), and we’ll install the correct seat at no extra cost.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless in-car payments. Business clients can pay by monthly invoice or corporate card. Cash payments are also accepted, but we recommend cashless transactions for convenience and faster receipts.
